One of the first things you will want to do is check availability. You may call or email me to do this, please provide wedding date & time as well as location and activity type.
Please inform me if your plans include the use of Public Lands, I may need to provide my services through a permitted guide/outfitter service.
You are responsible for arranging all activities, ie: booking with an outfitter/guide, getting the appropriate permits, arranging transportation/shuttles, etc. I will be more than happy to offer my advice regarding planning and will coordinate with any outfitter/guide service you are working with.
You will need to obtain a wedding license, at least 3 days prior to your wedding date, from a County in the State you are getting married in.
On your wedding day, I will arrive a half hour to an hour ahead, depending on the complexity of your wedding. If it is an "Adventure" wedding, all pre-arranged plans will be followed. I will assist with any last minute questions or changes. Once you are ready, the wedding begins! After the wedding ceremony and the signing of the keepsake certificate, I will take the legal marriage license for completion and submittal to the County.
My desire is to make this an easy, stress free process for you and to assist you in making your day the one you have dreamed of.
