The customary fees range from $300 up based upon the complexity of the ceremony. Fees are determined on an individual basis depending on ceremony plans, rehearsal needs, location (distance & time), activity type and risk level. A mileage charge of 80 cents per mile will be added for any distance traveled over 50 miles.
You may be required to cover additional expenses of any extra activity costs, including but not limited to: area fees/permits, equipment rental, or guide service.
The agreement and a $150 non-refundable deposit will need to be received by Adventure Weddings NW, LLC to reserve your wedding date and time. There will be a reasonable grace period to allow you enough time to process this. If a rehearsal is desired, you will need to schedule that date and time at the same time you are booking your ceremony.
If either of you are enlisted in any branch of the military; please let me know when inquiring about availability and pricing. I would be honored to thank you for your services by offering you a discount.
If a standard fee is not in your budget, please inquire about a more simplified wedding ceremony at a discounted rate. Every situation is different, and I would be happy to discuss all options with you.
